All product prices are listed in INR (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Prices, product availability, and offers are subject to change without prior notice.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
Homespentry reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, or suspicious activity.
In case of order cancellation from our side, a full refund will be processed (if prepaid).

We accept Prepaid (UPI, Cards, Net Banking) and Cash on Delivery (COD).
COD orders may include additional charges as shown at checkout.
Homespentry is not responsible for payment failures due to third-party payment gateways.

Shipping timelines are mentioned in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery delays due to courier partners, natural events, or incorrect address details are not under our control.

Returns or replacements are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Unboxing video is mandatory for return or replacement claims.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days after approval.

If a COD order is refused or returned due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, Homespentry reserves the right to block future COD orders from the customer.
